Webb26 maj 2006 · Use some 40 grit sandpaper and make sure the surface is nice and scratched up. Bondo will seap into the cracks and grip on a whole lot better. WebbIt can be sanded, drilled, thread-tapped and painted. I would give it a shot. Sorry for the late reply. It hardens into very hard and durable plastic but you should be able to sand it after wards. And when you are applying it you can kind of polish it with a wet finger lightly rubbing it.
