WebTurns out game can't be installed anywhere else but the program 86x folder for some reason. Get into the game, 10-20 FPS (on an RTX 2080). Go to settings to lower them. Settings menu is bugged, the drop down menu overlays with the option below and changes the setting below instead of selecting the option I want.
